Empower Scholarship Fund Scholarships

The Empower Scholarship Fund is available to qualifying students across all campus locations and online. The applicant must have completed one semester/session toward a degree or certificate  and must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average. The applicant must also demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.

Empower Scholarship Fund awards both restricted and unrestricted scholarships to continuing students, especially those with the greatest need and who have established a successful academic track record. Restricted scholarships are made possible through donations from corporate partners, alumni, friends or others. This includes annual gifts and named funds to memorialize a friend or loved one. Restricted scholarships may be allocated for students at specific campuses, in certain degree programs or with certain qualifications, such as class standing. For more information, contact info@dvgscholarshipfund.org.

The next scholarship application period begins in July/August. All applications are reviewed by an independent committee and scholarship nominees are presented to the Scholarship Fund board for approval. Notification to scholarship recipients and those not receiving a scholarship will be communicated via email. Awards are distributed evenly by session or semester (depending on the school cycle) throughout the current academic year.  Recipients must be enrolled to receive the disbursement in each session/semester of disbursement.

* Colleagues and their family members attending any of the universities or colleges at Adtalem Global Education are not eligible to apply.
